At Christmas, we want your holiday home to be perfect; if you are not completely satisfied with your festive decor, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All seasonal items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected for future celebrations.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the festive items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Carefully place your decorations, lights, or ornaments back into their original manufacturer boxes with all protective padding included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
